It's called Pumping Nylon by Scott Tennant and it's probably the best guitar book for technical development that you'll find anywhere on the market.
In fact I have been playing guitar for over twenty years and teaching guitar for over ten. In all my searching I have not found one guitar book that comes close to Scott Tennant's "Pumping Nylon" book and DVD.
